This gives you more freedom and control in your cost for pest control. From spiders to centipedes and millipedes, from roaches to mice, we offer one-time services that may come with a necessary follow-up and a given guarantee.

• Spiders
  • Our technicians inspect your home for the type of spiders or spider activity you have
  • Upon inspection we treat using a spray application to the harborage areas where spiders make their webs, otherwise they won’t come into contact with any pesticides because their legs are too long
  • Our service comes with a 2 month warranty
• Centipedes & Millipedes
  • Centipedes typically inhabit your basement, while millipedes typically infest your soil and mulch of gardens around your home and yard
  • We inspect first and treat accordingly, through interior crawling insect treatment for centipedes and exterior foundational treatment for millipedes
  • Our service comes with a 2 month warranty
• Roaches
  • The first visit requires zero prep work
  • Includes immediate eradication of roaches, treatment to backs of appliances, and baits in the cabinets
  • We perform a 2 week follow-up to check on bait and remaining roach activity
  • The service includes a 3 month warranty from the first service

• Mice
  • Includes exterior exclusion, interior bait station or trap placement how the technician sees fit
  • We perform a 2 week follow-up to check on bait stations and mouse activity

We also offer year-round services for insect and rodent control. We have the Peak Seasons Plan and our Mosquito and Tick Plan, that are the most popular services that are purchased.

• Peak Seasons Plan
  • Spring treatment – interior and  full exterior treatments for all crawling insects and ants
  • Summer treatment – exterior only for carpenter ants and other crawling insects. If interior is needed, we will treat as well.
  • Fall treatment – interior and full exterior treatment for Boxelder bugs, Asian lady beetles, hornets, wasps, and other fall invading pests. Mice are treated and prevented with baits or traps.

• Mosquito & Tick Plan
  • A pet- and child-friendly product once it dries (in about an hour, give or take with weather or wind speed)
  • A perimeter barrier spray around your yard, adorning any ornamentation like fences, trees, etc. to separate your yard from your neighbors’ (and your neighbors’ mosquitoes)
  • Treatment of all harborage areas, these are areas where mosquitoes and ticks like to hang out and breed: trees, bushes, shrubs, tall grasses, etc.
  • Another barrier application around any of your prime activity spots of your yard (decks, patios, fire pits, swing sets, trampolines, etc.
  • The technician will also inspect your yard for any surprising areas that mosquitoes and ticks could be breeding (like cracks in the patio)
