“I have been a customer of Ceva Vogel since March 2017. Several years ago, we implemented a preventative pest control program on our property, as we were frustrated with waiting for tenants to tell us they had a pest problem and then reacting to it by treating it. Ceva has assisted us in keeping a rolling schedule that includes inspections with preventative treatments. Each of our 550 apartment units gets inspected and preventatively treated two times each year, with additional treatments in between as needed. As with any multi-family housing property, pest issues pop up here and there, but more often than not they are easily taken care of with a treatment or two. This is a huge improvement over the lost rents we experienced with newly vacated, infested units that required several treatments.
