- Kelly manages all things financial for the business, from accounts payable to accounts receivable, all company purchases go through her.
- Kelly assists with client relations, she handles our commercial accounts, answers phones and emails.
- Kelly’s knowledge and work ethic are nothing shy of great. We would not be where we are today without her!
Ceva Vogel
- Ceva performs pest control services throughout the Twin Cities metro area and beyond.
- He specializes in multi-family housing structures and emphasizes in bed bug, cockroach, and mouse control.
- He is in charge of research of current and new pest control products and techniques. He heads up implementation.
- Ceva has the vision for Done Right Pest Solutions and we would not be where we are today without him!
Bryan Kinney
- Bryan performs pest control services in the Twin Cities metro area and beyond.
- He specializes in commercial and residential housing structures (town homes, single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes), emphasizing in mouse, carpenter ant, stinging insect, crawling insect, mosquito and tick control, and pretty much every other residential pest you could encounter.
- He maintains the equipment and vehicles and researches new equipment.
- Bryan is the dreamer of Done Right Pest Solutions and we wouldn’t be where we are today without him!
Megan Wede
- Megan handles all things web, marketing, and customer service related.
- She researches industry standards and articulates Done Right’s services openly through blogs, web pages, newsletters, email, and more.
- She is the achiever, striving each day to be the bridge between Bryan’s dreams, Ceva’s leadership, Kelly’s budget, and reality. We would not be where we are today without her!
Chrissy Stoven
- Chrissy assists Bryan and Ceva in a part-time capacity. She is efficient and caring, a perfect combination to our hard-working full-time techs.
- Chrissy often helps on very full days or with clean outs, improving the speed and efficiency of our techs.
- This year, she’s taken up her own route, so there’s no way we could get through the busy season without her! We wouldn’t be where we are today without her either!
Jason Bell
- Jason has completed his first year of experience in the pest control industry.
- He excels in customer service and everything we have thrown at him during his training process. He is learning key tactics our skilled technicians use, necessary for completely solving pest issues for our clients.
- He assists our other technicians in every way possible, and enjoys having his own route. He would work 7 days a week if we’d let him! We wouldn’t be where we are today without him!

As a property manager of a multi-family housing complex, I have used a couple of pest control vendors before. Our previous vendor kept coming and going regularly for about a year. They were in and out of units quickly, and over the year we hired them the pest problem got worse. Since hiring Done Right, we saw a major difference in under a month. After the first visit we even saw a difference. Done Right’s staff spent much longer in the units. They take their time and get stuff done! I am very pleased with their service and quality.
I have been a customer of Ceva Vogel since March 2017. Several years ago, we implemented a preventative pest control program on our property, as we were frustrated with waiting for tenants to tell us they had a pest problem and then reacting to it by treating it. Usually by the time we heard from a tenant, the problem was many times worse than if we had found it early on. Or worse yet, the infestations we would find upon a tenant moving out!
Ceva has assisted us in keeping a rolling schedule that includes inspections with preventative treatments. Each of our 550 apartment units gets inspected and preventatively treated two times each year, with additional treatments in between as needed. As with any multi-family housing property, pest issues pop up here and there, but more often than not they are easily taken care of with a treatment or two. This is a huge improvement over the lost rents we experienced with newly vacated, infested units that required several treatments.
While it was difficult at first to swallow the increased expense each month, we will never go back to reactionary pest control! I am confident with the pest control program we have in place and am grateful to have Ceva as part of our team.
Ceva and Bryan do a wonderful job! They are extremely thorough and do what they say they are going to do. I have seen improvement since the first visit. They have come back for follow-up visits and they come back when they say they are going to come back. They do a great job and I don’t want anyone else!

Bryan was really awesome! The time he took to be sure to cover every nook and cranny is appreciated. Bonus was watching him sweep down the OUTDOOR cobwebs that were literally EVERYWHERE, then treat the entire exterior, not just around the foundation. Very thorough, personable and knowledgeable. So happy I went with you guys instead of those *OTHER* larger, less efficient companies! I’m spreading the word in our neighborhood and will schedule Bryan to meet me out at my dad’s house sometime soon to address the mouse situation. I’ll call sometime next week!
