Otherwise, our most commonly single-purchase commercial services are Monthly Service and Quarterly Service. The services look fairly similar, though the number of services per year is different as well as the amount of time the technician spends at each appointment is different.

Residential services — Shoreview pest control
Done Right Pest Solutions offers a large variety of one-time services for any pest issue that comes up randomly in your home. Some examples of things that just come up are spiders, carpenter ants, mice, or wasps.
- Spider Service
- Our spider service falls under our crawling insect service.
- Spiders can be tricky to treat because they have such long legs, so when they walk over a product you may spray or even a technician may spray, it won’t affect them.
- For this reason, it is important for pest control professionals to think like spiders.
- Our technicians treat in the corners of basements, where spiders curl up so their bodies can come into contact with the product.
- At times an exterior spray option can be added to the service as a part of our exterior seasonal spray.
- If this is decided by the homeowner, the technician treats the exterior of the home and removes all spider webs and wasp nests as a part of that service.
- Each option comes with a 2 month warranty.
- Carpenter Ant Service
- Our carpenter ant service consists of an exterior spray to the foundation of the home and accessory buildings.
- At times, treatment around the base of a large tree or a couple of trees is given too.
- Interior inspection can be provided at no additional cost upon request, but is not necessary to the efficacy of the treatment.
- This service comes with a 2 month warranty.
- Mouse Service
- Our mouse service consists of an inspection of the foundation of the home. Exclusion of any openings 1/4 of an inch or smaller is included in the price.
- The technician will place rodent control devices in the basement furnace room, storage room, or laundry room, typically. However, if you are having activity in other parts of your home, like the kitchen, the technician will place devices there.
- The service comes with a 2 week follow-up and a 3 month warranty.
- Wasp Service
- Our wasp service includes inspection of home area.
- Treatment and removal of nest(s) unless in the ground or in a wall void.
- Another option is a soffit, facia, gutter area spray around your full home. Includes removal of any nests along the treatment area.
- Either option comes with a 2 month warranty of the treated area(s).
Our most common residential plan is our Peak Seasons Plan. This program is a year-round pest control option, that comes with 3 exterior sprays: spring, summer, and fall. Interior treatment at those times are included and encouraged. And if anything comes up throughout the year, it is covered at no additional cost.
The only pests not included in the Peak Seasons Plan are mosquitoes and ticks, bed bugs, moles, and any wildlife like squirrels or larger.
Wildlife services — Shoreview pest control

Among our offerings, here are our most commonly purchased one-time service for wildlife: squirrels, moles, raccoons, and mosquitoes and ticks.
- Squirrel Service
- Depending on your situation, placement of live traps are implemented either in attics or outside the house.
- Trap placement and rebaiting is included.
- Squirrel removal and relocation 10+ miles away from your home.
- Service comes with 5 visits and a 2 month warranty upon any repairs that are completed.
- Mole Service
- Service consists of inspection of your yard, and a carbon dioxide treatment of each mole tunnel.
- This ensures that the treatment is 100% child- and pet-friendly with the use of NO poison or NO bait left in the ground.
- The technician stomp down the mole tunnels as they work, and if any more pop up, then we know there are more coming from somewhere.
- Service comes with a follow-up and a 1 month warranty.
- If you live in a wooded area and have moles coming into your yard from elsewhere, we offer seasonal mole coverage where we come out monthly to treat with our carbon dioxide machine.
- Raccoon Service
- Service includes inspection of affected area, placement of live traps are implemented either in attics or outside the house.

- Raccoon removal and relocation 10+ miles away from your home is included.
- Service comes with 5 visits and a 2 month warranty upon any repairs that are completed.
- Mosquito & Tick Service
- One-time service consists of inspection of your yard for any and all mosquito and tick breeding and harboring areas.
- We employ an FDA and EPA approved safe liquid product to:
- the barriers of your yard,
- any lawn ornamentation and fencing,
- any trees, shrubs, bushes, or tall grasses,
- all active areas of the yard like patios, decks, fire pits, swing sets, trampolines, etc.,
- and any additional areas where mosquito eggs could be laid, where water could collect and hatch them 3 days after a rain.
- This product has been tested and approved for effective mosquito control.
- Each one-time service comes with a 1 month warranty.
- We also offer this as a seasonal service. The Mosquito & Tick Plan covers you from May through September.
- This option eliminates up to 95% of illness and disease carrying mosquitoes and ticks from your yard.
