• Fall Exterior Power Spray
  • Consists of an exterior inspection and full exterior power spray for these fall invading insects.
  • The treatment covers eaves, gutters, soffits, fascia areas down to the foundation and a foot or two out from the foundation.
  • We try our best to go around window frames, but at times backsplash can get on the windows. We recommend if you get your windows cleaned, to do so after you’ve had your fall pest control treatment.
  • The service comes with interior for crawling insect control and a 2 month warranty from the date of service.
• Mosquito Service
  • Includes a 1x spraying of all trees, bushes, shrubs, and tall grasses on your property for mosquito and tick control.
  • If there are other areas of concern, the technician will treat.
  • Other common areas for the technician to closely treat are patios, decks, trampolines, swing sets, around pools, fire pits, etc. the areas where you like to hang out.
  • This service is great for a backyard wedding or graduation party!
  • Comes with a 1 month warranty

• Peak Seasons Plan
  • Spring treatment – interior and  full exterior treatments for all crawling insects and ants
  • Summer treatment – exterior only for carpenter ants and other crawling insects. If interior is needed, we will treat as well.
  • Fall treatment – interior and full exterior treatment for Boxelder bugs, Asian lady beetles, hornets, wasps, and other fall invading pests. Mice are treated and prevented with baits or traps.
  • Winter — No scheduled treatment, but if any crawling insects or mice come in, we come out no additional charges.

• Mosquito & Tick Plan
  • A pet- and child-friendly product once it dries (in about an hour, give or take with weather or wind speed)
  • A perimeter barrier spray around your yard, adorning any ornamentation like fences, trees, etc. to separate your yard from your neighbors’ (and your neighbors’ mosquitoes)
  • Treatment of all harborage areas, these are areas where mosquitoes and ticks like to hang out and breed: trees, bushes, shrubs, tall grasses, etc.
  • Another barrier application around any of your prime activity spots of your yard (decks, patios, fire pits, swing sets, trampolines, etc.
  • The technician will also inspect your yard for any surprising areas that mosquitoes and ticks could be breeding (like cracks in the patio)
  • A seasonal warranty is given for this plan.
