A Visit from Done Right Pest Solutions
‘Twas the nights before Christmas, when all through the house
All the creatures were stirring, a fly, a roach, and even a mouse;
Though the stockings were hung on the chimney with care,
Little holes from earwigs and silverfish were there;
The children and bed bugs were all snug in their beds;
Visions of yummy dinners swirled ‘round in their heads;
And all the fall bugs settled in for a long winter’s nap,
That no one even knew they were in between the wall gap,
When out in the kitchen there arose such a clatter,
We sprang from our beds to see rats* all around scatter.
Away they flew with a scurry and a dash,
To their hiding places, in the walls, to their little rat bash.
The view of their droppings in the refrigerator light,
Gave us more than a panic and a simple fright,
‘Oh me, oh my, my poor, poor little heart!’
‘Where the heck do we even start?!’**
So to the internet we searched really quick,
‘But my goodness, of all the companies, which do we pick?’
Based on their 5-star reviews and company vision
We made a quick but thoughtful decision:
‘Let’s call Done Right Pest Solutions right away!’
‘Maybe they’ll respond in the morning, we pray!’
But, what is this? They answered the phone at 3 a.m.?!***
The kind owner was wrapping gifts for her kids, and had one more item.
‘This isn’t the norm, but I was awake,’ she said.
And just like that all of my fear had fled!
For a company who would listen to me regardless of time
I would gladly give them my hard-earned dime.
I asked, ‘Are you open tomorrow? Christmas Eve?’
‘Of course!’ she said, ‘what, for you, can we achieve?’
‘Well, apparently I’ve got mice, rats, roaches, and other bugs.’
Her voice was gentle and kind, sounding like audible hugs,
She explained to me all how the technicians treat,
And the price, to me, sounded pretty sweet.
They roped all my trouble into one little package
Called the Peak Seasons Plan, not a big contract with a back page,
Just a simple plan to rid me of all of my pests.
After that phone call I felt I could truly rest.
The caring and thorough tech came out the next morning,
Just like she said, and he called on the way to announce his forewarning.
He did a full inspection and treated so well!
He left things as he found things, so I couldn’t even tell!
And as it turns out we didn’t even have bed bugs at all:
Snuggled up next to my kids were just little fuzz balls!****
Christmas came and went and we didn’t have pests,
Though, like they said, we probably would see some activity, yes,
We did, a few days after the holiday,
But the house was still clean enough for the kids to play.
A few days later, Done Right called me to see what was up,
And to remind me of my upcoming 2 week follow-up.
After that follow-up we haven’t seen or heard anything more
From those awful pests, which I certainly abhor!
I am forever grateful for Done Right, who has saved my Christmas day!
And for giving me peace of mind and taking my pest fears away!
We’re so excited to see them again in the spring,
Because with the Peak Seasons Plan we feel like kings:
