Residential Services — Scott County Pest Control

The Mosquito and Tick Plan runs May through September covers residences’ yards for 5 monthly treatments.

Commercial Services — Scott County Pest Control

Then we send over information laying out options for you. We recommend one or a mix-and-match of the services we offer, but you can choose which one(s) match your needs and budget.

Multi-family Housing Services — Scott County Pest Control
Just like with the commercial services for malls, office buildings, warehouses, etc. Done Right Pest Solutions offers mix-and-match services for multi-housing complexes.
Many multi-family housing property managers look to pest control vendors when there is an immediate need: bed bugs, mouse eradication, multiple units needing roach extermination. We offer clean out options for bed bugs, mice and roaches, which comes with at least one follow-up and a 3 month warranty.

- Exterior Seasonal Sprays
- May through September Mosquito and Tick Sprays
- Yearly Inspections and Preventative Treatments
For example, a 12 unit apartment building has had roaches for a couple of months. We would first start with low-priced inspections (to get into every unit), and treat units as needed.
We would do a 2 week follow-up and include each treated unit with a 3 month warranty for roaches.
Then the owner can choose between monthly and every other monthly services, based on any other needs the building may have.
A number of units are assigned at time of service, for example 2 units, that way each unit is inspected and treated at least 2 times per year.
If the building has had mice problems we would recommend quarterly exterior bait stations and exclusion services.
If the building has fall invading insects we would recommend at least the fall exterior seasonal spray.
And with the small size of building (12 units as compared to 512 units), we wouldn’t recommend the yearly inspections and preventative treatments, but would provide them if the client felt it was necessary.
