While there are many things we are thankful for as individuals, the following is a list of 8 things we are thankful for as a company. We hope you enjoy our list and make lists of thankfulness of your own.
Our families. As each of us began this journey with Done Right Pest Solutions, our families got to support our hopes and dreams. Sometimes this was easy and sometimes this was hard. We are grateful to our families for the love, support, and understanding that comes with working long hours and serving a community in need of pest control.
Each other. I would say that each of us at Done Right Pest Solutions is thankful for every other colleague. We each bring certain gifts and talents, skills and expertise to the table. It has been a wonderful potluck with you all. Thankful to all that you do to help our company and brand succeed.
Our clients. We wouldn’t have a job without our clients. You have chosen us based on feedback within the community, through friends or neighbors who have had our service and recommended us, or through our Google reviews or Facebook recommendations. And we are so grateful that you choose us as your pest control providers.
Community. This includes our physical community in Lakeland, MN, and the communities in which we serve. We also have experienced, like many during these last couple of years, the power of online community. We are thankful for our pest control social media groups, our neighborhood app groups, our networking groups, and all who follow us online.
Opportunity. We love having the opportunity to prove our skills. It is our favorite when a company calls us up, letting us know that they’ve got a roach and mice infested apartment building. We are not intimidated by hard jobs, in fact, we encourage them. When a company says that x number of companies have tried and failed to get it under control. Our answer is ‘Bring it on!’ And, we’ll succeed, without costing you more than necessary.
Our vendors. While some companies may not appreciate their vendors, as they just serve as another check exiting their bank account, we do. We appreciate all of the companies who work hard to provide quality products backed by decades of research in the field. We appreciate the local vendors who house these products more, because we like to support brick and mortar companies that have people within the community employed and we get to help pay their paycheck through our purchases. Anyone could buy products online, but the convenience and care that comes from an in-person staff mean a lot to us.
Fast-paced market. The pest control market can be a dog-eat-dog world, as folks strive to get their pest control needs taken care of as quickly as possible, it can put strains on businesses not performing on the highest gear. We are thankful for the fast-paced market as it causes us to hone our craft, to perform effective, quality pest control services in a timely manner. If we don’t, someone else will, so it pushes us to be our very best every single day.
Newest technology. Technology changes every day, and pest control companies too need to adapt. It is not always necessary to use poison or bait or chemicals to get rid of pests. Knowing efficient means of pest control ensures that your pest control is completed quickly. Knowing alternative means of pest control ensures that full safety precautions are at the forefront of our minds and that your pest control is completed safely.
Keeping up-to-date on technology is imperative to a business’ success, and in our perspective, imperative to performing effective pest control services.
What This Means for You
We are thankful for you. Period. We know your pest situation is stressful for you, but it’s a blessing to someone else who would love the opportunity to show off their skills and talents in getting rid of those pests.
We are thankful for the hardest cases, and we understand with high stress and high emotions can come negative attitudes. We try our best to be patient and understanding with each and every client and potential client.
