- Our technicians treat the exterior of the home with a spray.
- The treatment is a direct kill while wet and has a residual effect once dry.
- The product draws any carpenter ants from the inside of a structure out, with it’s non-repellent micro-encapsulated compound.
- The service comes with a 2 month warranty.
- Hornets or wasps
- Our technicians treat the visible nest with a spray or dust.
- The treatment is a direct kill and works within a couple of minutes.
- The technician inspects for other nests around your property.
- The nest is removed unless in the ground or in a wall void.
- The service comes with a 2 month warranty.
- Mice
- Includes exterior exclusion, interior bait station or trap placement how the technician sees fit.
- We perform a 2 week follow-up to check on bait stations and mouse activity.
- The service includes a 3 month warranty from the first date of service.
- Mosquitoes
- Includes a perimeter treatment around the yard or area treated. This should also include treatment of lawn ornamentation like fences.

Annual services
Our most commonly purchased annual service is our Peak Seasons Plan. This plan includes 3 exterior sprays of their home. It also includes interior treatment at least in the spring and fall. Finally, there are no additional fees for any in between service needs.
The spring exterior spray is a full power spray from foundation to soffits and gutters all the way around. This first treatment of the year is essential to ensure that your home isn’t targeted by spring pests, like hornets and wasps. This spray also targets ants, spiders, centipedes, millipedes, and more!
The summer exterior spray is a foundational spray to target carpenter ants and other wood destroying warm weather pests.
The fall exterior spray is another full power spray from foundation to soffits and gutters all the way around. This final treatment of the year is essential to ensure Boxelder bugs and Asian lady beetles don’t over-winter in your wall voids.
